Cushion dock shelters are best used with vehicles that differ in size minimally, for example a special fleet. The dock shelter DSS-NG offers the most optimal sealing of a dock.

Application

The DSS-NG is a dock shelter that uses robust cushions made of durable materials to close the space between the warehouse opening and the docked truck.
This dock shelter is therefor ideally suited for cold storage warehouses.
The DSS-NG kussen dock shelter is available  with cushions of 300mm or 400mm width.
Our cushion dock shelter DSS-NG is mounted with the topcushion on top of the two side cushions.

Finishing cushions

OVERLAPPing Scales sidecushions

Optionally, overlapping scales can be applied to the cover of the side cushions over the full height. These scales follow the up and down movements of the truck during loading and unloading, increasing the tear resistance of the cushions.
