Delivery is performed through Ex Works (EXW), Dockequipment, Bouwweg 14, Lelystad, Incoterms 2010.
If the delivery is made Carriage Paid to (CPT) in accordance with Incoterms 2010, the delivery date shall always be subject to final confirmation from the forwarder.
In case of EXW the customer will have to arrange a forwarder who will have to contact us for making a loading appointment. In case of CPT you can choose a transport option after you have filled your shopping cart and go to BUY. Please note that CPT is not available for every country.
The exact loading time will then have to be coordinated with us. Vehicles can only be loaded if a loading appointment has been made and the driver can show the proper reference. Vehicles that come in without appointment or reference can not be loaded by us.
Once the order is loaded with us, the responsibility for delivering on the correct day / period of the goods, is entirely on the forwarder.
Delivery times
Because most of our products like the mini dock leveller, dock levellers, dock shelters and dock houses are custom-made, delivery times vary depending on the options chosen. Considering the amount of options it is not possible for us to keep these products in stock. However dock bumpers and accessories are often available from stock.

The exact date that the products will be ready in production will be confirmed to you after we receive your payment and the order is scheduled for production.
