Detailed Description
The MDL-R Mini Dock Leveller is a mechanically operated ramp-style leveller designed for light to medium-duty applications. Ideal for bridging minor height differences between the dock and vehicle bed, it provides a practical alternative to full-size pit levellers. With its simple mechanical operation, the platform is raised using a control lever, triggering automatic lip extension. Upon descent, the lip securely bridges to the vehicle for safe and stable loading.
The MDL-R features an open, self-cleaning hinged lip mechanism and is made from wear-resistant S235JR durbar plate. It is available in multiple lengths and widths to accommodate a range of dock environments. Integrated rubber bumpers are standard in the ramp model, offering added protection to the building façade and vehicle.
Standard finish is a black RAL 9005 powder coating, offering superior weather resistance and aesthetic longevity compared to traditional painted surfaces.
