The DSCM dock shelter is engineered for optimal sealing performance in logistics environments with a wide range of vehicle dimensions and frequent throughput. Its construction features a stable, retractive frame that allows safe deflection in the event of docking misalignment. When retracted, the upper curtain area remains accessible for internal forklifts.
Its standout feature is the continuous projection cover, a single, seamless material section that spans the top and side junctions. This prevents gaps and allows effective drainage via lateral outlets, keeping the loading zone dry and preventing damage to goods during operations.
Made from high-durability polyester fibre (PES) with antistatic PVC coating, the side curtains flex longitudinally but remain stiff laterally for excellent sealing and alignment. Visual approach markings are printed on the side curtains to assist accurate docking.
