Detailed Description
The DSI-NG inflatable dock shelter is engineered to provide a perfect seal between the dock opening and the rear of the vehicle, making it ideal for climate-controlled environments. Its design ensures maximum energy conservation and minimal air exchange.
The shelter inflates using a blower motor activated by a single button. It forms a full seal in approximately 20 seconds. During loading/unloading, the blower maintains cushion pressure, adjusting airflow to reduce energy consumption. After operations, cushions retract within 25 seconds via counterweights.
The top cushion self-adjusts to varying vehicle heights, maintaining contact and minimizing damage risk. In case of premature vehicle departure, swing-away mounting protects the shelter from damage.
The shelter is built using polyester fabric with a PVC coating. Cushions retract behind black protective strips, maintaining aesthetic appeal and clear visibility for drivers during docking. The front projection model includes insulated panels with anodised aluminium profiles.
