The DSV-NG dock shelter is tailored specifically for delivery vans and light commercial vehicles commonly used in parcel logistics. Its defining feature is a cushion design that slopes top-down and angles inward to perfectly seal the angled rear profiles of vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter (post-2006) and Volkswagen Crafter (pre-2017).
The standard 200 mm wide side cushions prevent interference with rear door hinges. Wider 300 mm cushions are also available, though more susceptible to contact with vehicle projections. The DSV-NG features a standard camera opening in the top cushion to accommodate rear-view camera systems—mounted either upwards or downwards depending on the vehicle model.
Each unit is constructed with three high-resilience cushions made from polyfoam inside a galvanized steel frame, sheathed in tear-resistant Trevira polyester with a dual-sided PVC coating. The frame includes keyhole slots and mounting rings for straightforward installation. Optional wall-mount kits are available.
