Detailed Description
The DLE-NG dock leveller is a modular, electro-hydraulic solution featuring a telescopic sliding lip. Its four-button control system allows independent operation of platform and lip, enabling precise positioning across a range of vehicle heights. Once extended, the lip locks into place to prevent slippage during loading.
Built with a high-strength durbar plate and reinforced with six to eight longitudinal profiles (depending on width), the DLE-NG enures both structural rigidity and lateral torsion resistance. The system uses two main hydraulic cylinders and one lip cylinder, delivering smooth, low-pressure operation (~100 bar) for extended service life.
Installation is streamlined thanks to its self-supporting design, which allows use in open pits, closed pits, or letterbox openings. The unit includes a compact, under-platform hydraulic power pack and front frame protection for the hydraulic components.
