The DLH‑NG dock leveller features a hinged swing lip mechanism activated via a single push‑button. When the button is held, the platform elevates and the lip extends; upon release, both descend to the vehicle bed. This operation accommodates continuous suspension movements and tilting of the vehicle to maintain load contact.
Constructed with a self‑supporting frame and open hinge, the DLH‑NG supports flexible pit system design, offering cost and installation advantages. Built with reinforced durbar plate deck and separate hydraulic cylinders, the system ensures high structural integrity and minimal maintenance.
