The VRM-NG manual vehicle restraint system is designed to maximise safety at loading docks by physically blocking the rear wheels of trucks and trailers. With a robust construction of hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated components, the system ensures long-term performance in all weather conditions.
Its ergonomic design allows the user to easily maneuver the locking arm using a combination of rotation and sliding, then securely lock it with a red foot pedal. The system includes wheel detection sensors and emits an acoustic alarm if the restraint is not properly engaged. Unlocking is only possible from inside the building, reducing the risk of unauthorised release.
The VRM-NG also integrates seamlessly with dock equipment controls and traffic light systems, making it ideal for streamlined safety protocols.
