The DLC-NG Combidock dock leveller is designed for versatile loading environments involving both heavy trucks and light delivery vans. Its segmented telescopic lip enables safe and effective loading onto van floors while avoiding structural overload via an integrated weight compensation system.
Operation is managed via a six-button control panel, offering separate up/down and slide control. The user must first select either the 60 kN (lorries) or 20 kN (vans) mode. The platform and telescopic lip adjust accordingly, with automatic follow-through of suspension movement and lip locking for load stability.
The hydraulic system includes two deck cylinders and two slide cylinders, with oversized components ensuring low working pressure (~100 bar) and minimal maintenance.
The DLC-NG's self-supporting design enables integration into various pit configurations. Robust support legs allow safe cross traffic when the leveller is at rest.
